Freelancerrs' freelancing membership provides freelancers with additional benefits and discounts. We offer two types of membership: Micro Offer and Professional Membership.

Membership provides a 3 - 5% commission on total earnings, priority support, increased visibility in search results, refunds on connects that don’t convert, and access to exclusive job listings. Freelancers without a membership still benefit from a 7% commission on total earnings.

Go to your dashboard's “Membership” section to view and purchase available plans. From the same section, you can buy connects, which are used to bid on projects.

Use the messaging system on Freelancerrs to communicate securely with buyers or freelancers. You can access messages from your dashboard. Be warned that contracts moved out of the platform cannot have our protection. Any buyer or freelancer found sharing contacts or insinuating contracts be moved out of the platform will be suspended.

Freelancers can withdraw their earnings by going to the “Earnings” section in their dashboard and selecting their preferred withdrawal method.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal. Depending on your location, more options may be available.

To create an account, click the “Sign In” button on the homepage, you are taken to where you can sign in or create an account, fill in the required details, and verify your email address. You can register as a buyer or freelancer.

After logging in, go to your profile settings by clicking on your profile picture or username at the top right corner. Here, you can update your personal information, change your password, and manage notification settings.

Go to the “My Jobs” section in your dashboard to view, edit, or delete your posted jobs. You can also manage bids, hire freelancers, and track the progress of your projects here.

Payments are handled through our secure escrow system. Buyers deposit funds into escrow when they hire a freelancer. The funds are released to the freelancer once the project is completed and approved.

Yes. Every month, every freelancer is entitled to 10 free connects to bid on projects of their choice. You also have an opportunity to pay-as-you-go.
